To our Lovely! Customers - it goes without saying that your safety is of paramount importance to us and we have therefore an active covid prevention policy in place to ensure safety of our customers and staff

We are taking the following steps

We are purchasing from local manufacturers & distributors ONLY! - with no direct imports from overseas coming into our warehouse

All received shipments, deliveries, packages are ‘quarantined’ for at least 24 hours before they are opened & sorted. Disposable gloves are used when handling & opening packages

We are a small team and are able to adjust the way we work to accommodate the everyday business activities whilst exercising social distancing

We are closely monitoring advice from the Australian Government & World Health Organisation to ensure we operate in a safe and responsible manner, and will take necessary action if & when required

We have increased our cleaning practices and are regularly disinfecting our office and warehouse

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation very closely,and are committed to playing our part in controlling the spread of coronavirus and have taken all necessary measures to ensure our premises are safe & a hygienic environment for everyone. The health and safety of our team, customers and the community will always be our first priority
