Tunics Sizing Guide

Our garments come in a variety of styles, fabrics and patterns from manufacturers based not only in Australia, but also worldwide. With no standardised Australian sizing guide to adhere to, the garments that we receive sometimes can vary in sizing measurements. As we are all unique with different body shapes, proportions & heights, therefore after a long deliberation we have decided to use garment measurements, rather than body for our sizing chart in order to offer the best possible fitting. Moreover, Tunics usually have a more relaxed & casual fit than say a fitted dress - therefore we find that it would be misleading to have a chart with generic bust, waist and hip measurements as they can be as unique as the style & fitting of tunic itself

At I Love Tunics, we understand that buying online without trying on the garment can be challenging and therefore we are committed in providing a great overall transaction, which includes a great fit. From our experience we find that if the bust fits well then in most cases the rest of the measurements fall into place automatically as the designer would have taken all that in consideration

We measure the garments by laying them flat on a table and then measuring Bust, Waist & Hip in cm's. We then compare the results to our sizing chart to ensure they are 'true to size' In some cases we re-size the garment where required and therefore if you receive a garment with a different size tag than what you ordered then please take note of the enclosed slip advising you of above

Above measurements are in cm's & are garment measurements not body measurements

We understand that waist and hip are equally important in some cases, therefore please refer to the sizing given for the specific garment (we give measurements for smallest size) Kindly add 5 cm (all around) or 2.5 cm (one side) for all three: bust, waist, hip & 1cm length increase for every size increment. Once you have calculated the numbers for your size we recommend that you compare it with some of your best fitting garments
