The shipping cost is determined by a number of factors including
- Size of the item/s
- Weight of the item/s
- Thickness of the parcel
- Delivery postcode
- Delivery method - express, insurance, registered
To simplify postage we have decided to charge a subsidised flat fees per transaction regardless of number of items ordered for both domestic and international. We have subsidised the postage cost and currently it is $6.99 Australia wide for regular, $9.99 for express and the international postage is $24.99 worldwide for upto 1Kg. Therefore you can shop with confidence that there are no additional hidden costs or surcharges
We will automatically send via 'Regular Post' option unless 'Express Post' option is selected. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of checkout as we will not be held responsible if the delivery goes missing or lost in transit due to incorrect details

Exchanges & Returns Policy
We pride ourselves in the uniqueness and the quality of products we offer. We make sure that the goods offered are thoroughly checked and listed true to description; therefore we are confident that you will be pleased with your selection(s). However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly provide an exchange, store credit or a refund within 30 days of your order
The only condition is that the item/s should be sent back unused in original condition with original packing & swing tags still intact so that it can be resold as brand new
If you are within Australia and would like an exchange simply send it back to us and we will send the replacement item back to you without charging you return postage! We realise that shopping online without physically seeing the item/s can sometimes be hard and therefore we would like to make your online shopping experience at I Love Tunics website easy and fun. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free exchanges internationally due to the increased cost of international shipping and therefore store credit will be issued
Upon receiving the returned item/s we will send you an electronic store credit voucher via email (within 2 business days) that can be used repeatedly till you use up all the credit amount. Please note that store credits will not include postage cost
Depending on your mode of payment - credit card, bank deposit, paypal, money order & cheque/s the refund time frame will vary accordingly. We will issue refund within 2 business days of receiving the item/s. If you have any concerns or questions regarding refunds please do not hesitate to contact us. Refunded amount will not include postage cost
Item/s faulty or not as described
We are meticulous in quality checking and make sure that the item/s are in perfect condition before they are dispatched. however, having said that we realise that in exceptional cases a damaged item might slip through or an incorrect item is sent by mistake. If that situation does arise, we will gladly cover the postage cost both ways
How do I return my parcel?
We offer 30 days hassle free returns. Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

To find your order number please check the order confirmation email we sent when you placed the order - the order number is in the subject field of email & also on the top right hand in the body of the email as well. If you're not sure or unable to find it then please email or call us. Please make sure that you are using the same email to request return that was used to place the order. Follow the prompts to submit the returns request.

Once the returns form has been submitted kindly repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the labels and tags still attached and return the package by using the 'Registered Post' satchel available at the post office counter
Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number & do not simply drop the package through the post box without obtaining a tracking number as the returned product (and the risk of loss of the product in shipping) remains your responsibility until we receive the package back and the status is marked as 'Delivered'
Once we receive the item/s back the requested action (exchange, store credit or refund) will be actioned by 48 hrs. Once the returns has been processed from our end you will receive an automatic email advising of the outcome - please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
